Generally Accelerated is pretty good to deal with unless you have to deal with their Charlotte office.There is an Import Coordinator at this facility names Taja Davis, yes the name says it all! Quite possibly the rudest person I have had the pleasure of dealing with.She speaks over you, talks down to you, you can tell she hates her job and takes it out anyone she can. Accelerated Management, I hope you read this andcut ties with her before she does any more damage to your brand. It would be great if we could get Accelerated Management and the airlines Accelerated serviceson the phone to see just how they are being represented in the CLT facility. Good riddance Taja Davis!!!
