Scott's inspection of a condo I am purchasing was very thorough and fair. He checked for humidity, studs, outside terrain and growth that might be too close to the building, he checked windows, doors, cabinets, shelving, appliances, and assessed HVAC and hot water heater, etc. He explained what he was doing and why. He showed me reading results and explained what they meant. I highly recommend him. FIVE stars.
