Called and set up a time for them to come check a leaking toilet. Brandon let me know that the seal was not the proper one that was installed from previous owner and also not anchored. Changed everything and set it up along side a new faucet outside. Both jobs were done under an hours time. Very respectful and professional. Will be using them again in the future.
Brandon and another very nice guy showed up within about 15 minutes of me calling the office. Everyone, including the lady I spoke with on the phone was courteous and professional. My toilet was stopped up and speedy service was very much appreciated! They removed roots and fixed things up to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Pirates Plumbing!!!
