The company was very professional and delivered the items we asked for! They accommodated a couple changes which was very kind. I recommend going in person for a showing to make sure you know exactly what you are getting.
PPR worked through our wedding planner to coordinate rentals for string lights, glassware, napkins, lounge furniture, tables, and more. I am only giving them a 4 star because they delivered the wrong couches on the morning of the wedding - luckily I noticed very early and PPR was able to swap them out with an alternate couch (not the originally chosen option) very quickly. Everything else went smoothly and this would not deter me from using them again!
Linda at Professional Party Rentals was absolutely amazing and a God send! She tracked down additional tables for our wedding and got us the perfect chairs all last minute because a different company no longer had what we decided we wanted! She was so attentive, helpful, kind, savvy and genuinely cared about helping make our big day special! Working with PPR and Smoky Mountain Moving Co. was the easiest part of our wedding planning process! I highly recommend them!! Thank you so much for being a part of our special day!
