This company fraudulently created a W-2 with my information. Lisa denied every creating that W-2, I sent her a screenshot of the W-2 that had the company's last four of their EIN number and had the last four of SS# and got no response. I've reported them to National Trad Commission, the IRS and Social Security for mis-use of my information for fraudulent purposes.
One of your employees, Brad Rice, is stating that he hopes an injured student athlete is out for the rest of the season. I don't think I could do business with a company that has that kind of class on staff.
