Bought a house with a pellet stove insert and no directions or manual. Bill came to clean flue and service stove. He meticulously cleaned stove and flue. Took the time to show me how to use and maintain the stove. Very knowledgeable and willing to share knowledge. Excellent service! Owner was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient in his service. They even showed up early for the service. It was quite apparent he has years of experience. Our old insert was removed and and the cleaning thoroughly done.
