The absolute best company to rent your inflatable from! To start, communication is excellent! There were no surprises, frequent communication and quick responses. They were nice enough to even drop the inflatable off early so my son and family could enjoy it even longer. The gentlemen that set the inflatable up were courteous, professional and hard working. They set up the pirate ship perfectly, while even addressing concerns of the tarp being further out to prevent the water from getting dirty. Absolutely fantastic company! Arrived a day earlier after communication of ETA, which gave us more time with slide. Very courteous as we’ve used this company several times. And we will continue to in the future.
Carolina Fun Factory were the BEST! We were having a wedding on Saturday and a tropical storm was coming to the area. Scott and the young men setting up the tents, did their Best to ensure it was stable! Scott came out multiple times between Friday and Saturday to ensure the tents and equipment were safe for us to use and we didn't have any mishaps like tents blown away or falling on our guests. Safety First was always their goal! THANK YOU Scott and his team!
