Jim helped me get my laptop unlocked from a scam I fell for. He had it unlocked and did a software update within a day. Highly recommend. Hopefully I don't have to call on his services again, but would do so with confidence.

Jim fixed my laptop in a matter of just a few hours. The screen had been flickering for a few days and then went black. I was concerned it may need an expensive part, but it turned out to be a software issue. I was very pleased with Jim's quick service, obvious expertise, thorough explanations, and friendly demeanor. If another problem ever arises, I will not hesitate to take it to him again. I highly recommend him.
