Great builder and easy to work with.
Id like to say something a bit different from all the wonderful homeowners, from the other side of the fence, Tidal Wave Construction is a wonderful company to work for. I personally have seen Todd sitting on a tractor, clearing the field for the foundation, to clearing out the drains during a massive downpour, to helping the contractors unload their materials. He is a hands on builder that is involved in every phase of the project. If you are a skilled craftsman, that like to do your job right, you should meet Todd Piper. He knows how to run a schedule to keep the trades off each others feet, he has a clean jobsite and he pays on time. Not only is he one of my favorite builders, but he will be the one that's building my new house
