With a lot of other companies doing away with customer service getting things done has become a pain. This is definitely not the case with RW Mason. Everyone has been top notch and a pleasure to deal with. Was also my wife and I first time dealing with NCJUA as far as a claim. The whole staff helped in guiding us though that process making what could have turned into a lot of headache, not as bad. We just had our new roof installed and my husband and I could not be happier. Dave was wonderful to work with. He did everything he told us he would do.
