My first experience at Noe was amazing! I am a curly girl & its hard to find a stylist that understands all the ins and outs of curly hair. Ryane went above and beyond taking care of me & my hair. I cannot recommend her and this beautiful salon enough. I will definitely be back!
I got a gift card for my graduation to NOE and could not be happier to have found such a great salon on the island! Kelly did my gel x set and created the perfect nails that matched the inspiration I showed & described to her. I wanted a y2k california inspired set with striped square tips and it looks amazing still 2 weeks after my appointment, I will definitely be booking regularly from now on!!
The Noe Hair & Nail Lounge is a friendly and beautiful salon in the upscale Proximity location in Carolina Beach that does really excellent work! I enjoy the atmosphere and the stylists, Who take time to find exactly what you want and are expert at bringing your own special look to life. I always feel energized and empowered when I come for hair color and hair cuts. They will do well in Carolina Beach!
