“I called on 9-11-24 they returned my call promptly. I asked how long it would be to have a residential service call. I was told that they could have a tecnician at my house at 8:00a.m. on 9-12-24. I described what the call would be about. At 8:00 a.m. the technician rang the door bell. I greated him and he gave his name. He came in and I identified the probem and what I had already done. He started his systematic search for the problem. In about 45 minutes he identified the problem which required that we replace a ceiling light fixture. While my wife and I went to Lowes to get a new light fixture the Technician addressed the second problem. When we returned from Lowes the Technician and I installed the new light fixture. Then we finished troube shooting the flood light issue. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Robert Prince Electrical Service. Very professional, very polite, very effecient. I feel that I got my monies worth and want hesitate to recomend them to others. I have had some bad experiences with Southport service providers.
