I cannot simply write a review that will give Kaitlyn the credit she deserves, but I’ll try. I had never heard of, met or even seen any of Kaitlyn’s work prior to our session with her. After getting divorced and having to take just about every canvas print down and leaving my walls bare, my sister gifted me and my girls a session with Kaitlyn. She was extremely professional and her communication skills were excellent. Unfortunately I wanted outdoor pictures and weather was not on our side. We had to reschedule 3x over a span of 6 months. Kaitlyn was very open in trying to make a day work and continued to remind me not to forget to reschedule (because I’m forgetful and my schedule with two active kids is crazy). We also changed the session from mommy and me to family photos since my boyfriend had now been part of the family for almost 2 years and the girls wanted him to be included. Finally I was able to choose a date when the weather was cooperative and we were able to make the session happen. I told Kaitlyn that my kids HATE photo sessions, we don’t do them often and they’re always too posed and boring and not very enjoyable. Usually I’m bribing everyone to smile and fake it, hoping to get a few good shots. This session with Kaitlyn was the complete opposite of that. She made jokes, had fun ideas that my kids were totally on board and she made us laugh.. like ALOT. She told us to have fun in the park and do things we would normally do, pretend like she wasn’t even there. Occasionally She would crack a joke or give small little directions to get the perfect shot, but at times I think we all forgot she was there. I think my favorite part about the absolutely amazing and beautiful photos that she took of my family, are the memories behind the pictures. The laughs and smiles are so genuine and we had an absolute BLAST taking them. Nothing fake and no bribes this time. Kaitlyn is one of a kind and it is clear she enjoys what she does. She is also incredibly talented not only in her work, but in her bubbly and outgoing personality that made the entire experience such a good one. The photos speak for themselves, they are exactly what I asked for, she took the examples I gave her and knocked it out of the park. I’ll also add that she is located 45mins/ 1 hour away from me, so when I told her the type of pictures I was looking for and the scenery I was interested in, she gave me multiple options near us Including descriptions, pros/cons and exact meet up locations. She got along so well with my two young girls , and catered to their every imaginative idea and never once hesitated in making the girls feel like they were running the show. She didn’t rush us, was very personable and her turnaround time for our pictures was so fast. Her photo gallery program is extremely user friendly and easy to access and she sent over SO MANY photos from our session that I have been pondering ALL DAY over which ones to choose from. I truly love them all so much! I am so grateful to Kaitlyn for capturing these pictures for me, and for making the experience so memorable. I will never use or recommend another photographer again. ♥️

I couldn't possibly say enough nice things about Kaitlyn, both as a person and a professional. Our family of all ages had such a fun time at our shoot and she captured the most beautiful images! �

We had such a great experience! She was able to capture so many beautiful photos of my husband me and our 4 puppies! Anyone who has dogs knows it takes a army to get them to stay still lol and she was amazing and patient with them! (They also loved her). Definitely will have her shoot more photos in the future!
