Jen is great! So are her methods! I prefer to avoid bodyworkers who push and force my body, trying to get it to change at their will, which can be quite painful, really. Science knows that there are different "types" of pain, and trying to get rid of pain, by subjecting ourselves to painful sessions from bodyworkers is detrimental to our recovery.Jen is the only massage therapist in Haywood County that offers Esalen Massage. It is very therapeutic, feels amazing and leaves you with longer lasting benefits than typical massages. It works with your body and your nervous system, so you leave feeling physically and mentally calmer. Thanks Jen for the amazing work you do!

Jen is an amazing massage therapist! The environment was very quiet and calming and the essential oils aroma is very soothing. She was great at listening to my needs and applying the pressure I wanted. 10/10!!!

Jen is the best!! As i am a hairdresser, Jen knows exactly what to do to help my muscles be more relaxed and in harmony with my body. I also suffer from some weird swelling in my face every time i have ever gotten a massage, but thanks to Jen and her incredible expertise, she is able to adjust the massage to where i don't experience any of the swelling. The whole environment is very relaxing. Definitely would recommend Jen!!!!
