Usually have a good experience as far as the cuts go but this is the 2nd time I have been in and overheard one of the hair dressers complain about the tip amount left from a customer. As I was paying and her customer was walking out she stated "wow another big $2 tipper!" Thats just unprofessional.

Appointments made quickly by checking in online, however, WORST haircut my 10-yr-old son has ever received. She was in a rush for no reason, except getting the only other person waiting before the 3 other stylists. She never even looked at my son from the front and side to side to make sure he was even, and terrible blending. He's been made fun of at school. To top it off, she charged me for an adult haircut for thinning his crown. Make sure you find a coupon online if you even think of going here and don't feel bad for saying what needs to be fixed after they claim to be done! Gave 3 stars bc other times/other locations weren't quite as awful.

Well, I did take my son to fantastic Sam's but they have shut down.. So I took him to Great Clips about 2 or 3 months ago, the lady that cut his hair, her name is Brenda Jacob loved her, he loved how she cut his hair and just how she will conversate with him.. So few days ago walked in and got Brenda to cut his hair again.. She does a wonderful job on his hair, he's happy and I'm happy.. So I recommend Great Clips and Brenda. ?????
