I called Jason on a Sunday -- a holiday weekend -- hoping against hope that he would return my call. And he did! Then he came to my home, worked on my PC and had to take it with him to replace the hard drive, and he returned it the next day, a holiday! In addition to his considerable expertise, Jason is a total delight; his desire to help his clients is evident. And I am most grateful.
