Everyone was so nice and helpful!! I switched to a new insurance company and was unsure of my benefits. The staff was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my insurance would cover.I greatly appreciated the care and attention given to me during my eye exam and picking out my new glasses!This was my first visit and I will definitely be returning!!
I have been using Carolina vision now for about 4 years. They have always made it a very pleasant experience. I went today ( dec.29th), for my annual visit and they all just seemed even more nice and pleasant today. Today was an exceptionally pleasant experience. I highly recommend Carolina Vision.
Dr. Jamin Quilla is a professional.He apologized for the mix up me and his staff had the last time I called. He truly cares about his patients. He fixed my glasses without problem and fast.
