We purchased our new home in Candler North Carolina from Big Hills Construction in late 2023. As with any new home there were some issues that needed attention and Sergey our contact person was very helpful in responding and having the issues addressed and corrected.

If you’re looking to move to one of Big Hill’s neighborhoods, I couldn’t recommend them enough! The quality of their work and attention to detail is better than any new construction I’ve come across. My husband and I both agree on that and he has an extensive background in real estate. We were the first to move into Victoria Hills, about three months ago. We’ve never had an issue with the construction going on, all around us. When you’re inside the home, you can’t hear a peep. When we’re outside in the yard (and we’re outside a lot), everyone is respectful of our space. We now have neighbors and from what I’ve been told, everyone agrees. We do have... read full review

Big Hills Construction under the direction of our Project Manager, Dan Gagea, built a very beautiful, functional and very high end home for us for a fair and reasonable price. Dan was always there when we needed him. He was extremely helpful and we felt made decisions that was for our best interests. He put us at ease. When adjustments, changes, fixes and or any corrections needed to be done, he was on top of it. We settled on the house and he is still with us making the always fixes and adjustments from the punch list, making sure we are completely satisfied.
