They came out to my house after we’ve had three different companies out and they were able to fix it. All three of the other companies said we needed a new unit they were able to fix it with a capacitor. Let me cooling stay Excellent
Jimmy did a great job efficiently. He was respectful and provided me with details of what he did. He waited for me patiently as I was delayed coming home and he had to work despite the rain. He wore footwear protector when he entered my house to check the thermostat.
Air excellence has always provided me with great HVAC service and Angela is so easy to get a schedule that works with me. Pricing is reasonable as well.
I called this morning and before 4pm Marty and Cayman were at the door. They diagnosed the water leakage and went to work clearing our HVAC drain system and cleaning up the water mess. We were back in business before dinner time.
