Small humidor and even less selection. Shelves are not full. The young lady checking me out offered zero hospitality. Definitely gave off the vibe that I was interrupting her Facebook time or something.

Good luck avoiding bankruptcy - the owner gives terrible (actually no) customer service. With this kind of lackluster business practice, they will be unprofitable and eventually closed for business. I was a new customer and bought 4 expensive Cigars. Then I requested a quote to special order a case of something that they did'nt have in stock. The clerk could not take an order, but took my contact information to give this request to the owner. I called back two days later and she still had no quote. But she promised to get the quote and give me a call the next day. It is now 5 days later and I have not been called. Thats ok - I found the product in stock with a good... read full review
