Where do I start? I called them like a week before Helene and they called back a short time afterwards. when i told them i needed to get my roof replaced from helene damage before i did the paintjob, they put me on a call back list and GUESS WHAT???? THEY ACTUALLY CALLED BACK! It took about a year, but finally I got the new roof and then worked to schedule the paint with AOP. I was nervous because they were more expensive than "a guy" but I am so, so happy with the results. From having a color consultation with paint samples, to replace some rotted wood found around a window, to the touch up work they did to get the job done to 100% satisfaction. It was worth every penny. I am so pleased with the look of my home it is beautiful and protected for years now!!! It took about a week or so, from pressure washing to touch ups, and even my plants are back to normal quickly afterwards, they were so gentle with my home. All i have to do now is figure how to get all of these downed trees taken care of... thank you! 100% recommend :)
My project went well from the start The estimator reviewed what would be done and gave a three day time plan with an estimated start date which I had requested The paint crew showed up at planned times. The project was completed a day ahead of schedule Clean up was through and a final walk through found no issues I would recommend this service
What a pleasure it was to work with the Alpha and Omega LLC painters. First, when you have painting done by this company, they use a project manager. The project manager is involved in every step of the project and facilitates excellent communications between the owner and painters. The project manager was always asking if there were any issues or things that the I might want different or I was not pleased with. They have a very obvious goal of Customer Satisfaction. The level of communication amongst the painters, project manager, and owner was very efficient and clear (we had a number of texts because we were having to work around rain during my house painting project). Secondly, the painters that Alpha Omega utilizes were very professional, pleasant, and respectful of both myself and my property. I don’t hesitate to recommend Alpha Omega Painters LLC.
