Fantastic customer service! All the ladies in the office are very polite and extremely helpful. I had two other glass replacement companies come out to fix a windshield on our motor coach and no one would touch it. Not only did Alliance took on the job, they did a fantastic job. I had a pea sized chip in my windshield and when I asked if they could fix they were so nice on the phone and told me I could bring it in anytime that same day. They did a great job and it saved me $120 as Safe Lite wanted to charge me $180 plus tax when I took my car to them.
