Tradecraft helped us get a North Topsail Beach beach house in rental order. They provided many services, including flooring, plumbing, replacing light fixtures, bringing our deck up to code, and other work throughout the house. However, the most crucial work came when we thought we were done, and then we discovered extensive termite damage throughout one side of the house. Tradecraft was able to work their schedule around to get us in within a week and finish quicker than they estimated and within their initial budget. If you're an investor, they understand the timing and cost dynamics you're constantly juggling with.
