My family and I are so grateful for the care that doc gave our sweet cat.
When our cat started showing signs of eye issues doc got her in quickly. The vet tech handled her with care, even while our cat was being crazy, because she doesn't like to be held.
Doc figured out what was wrong with her quickly, gave me an amazing break down of what was happening and why and how we can help her.
I will absolutley be using them again!
We have been using Dr Burnett for many many years. She and her staff have been with us from the beginning to the end of many of our pets lives. The knowledge and love for all creatures is evident when you see who all comes in to the clinic. We have had emergency situations that were taken care of that lasted for months- never gave up and wonderful success. And I will never forget Dr Burnett closing one of her exam rooms for days so I could be with one of our dogs all day while she fought for his life. And taking him home with her at night. We had to take our beloved dog in on Black Friday for an emergency visit. The staff was amazing from the receptionist to the doctor, it was all about our dog and what he needed. They were thorough and informative about everything he had going on not just what we were there for. It gives us time to decide how to move forward with treatment. If you love your pet give them a call. We left satisfied and happy.
