We have lived here for 7 months and now in the process of buying our home and Skylar has been amazing during the process big shout out to him we love the community and how they treat everyone like family can’t wait to close on our home thank you
I absolutely loved Autumn Forest!! I lived in Autumn Forest and owned my own home back in 2016. It was very nice and the office staff were awesome. I never had a problem. I sold my home……….. BIG MISTAKE!!! I listened to others saying I should move and live in a regular house. Well, my home was a regular home, just movable. I regret moving because I have never found another house/home that gave me the comfort and serenity as Autumn Forest did. So I made a decision to go back and this time we are NOT leaving. Autumn Forest is a great place to live. There is no place that made me happier!!

I give 3 stars because of one person in that office, Skylar , otherwise it would be 1 star because I had to. Skylar helped my husband and I buy our place he is kind and professional and a real blessing to this company. He is the sales and leasing agent for Autumn Forest but he is also the regional culture ambassador and this is an area he shines in, they honestly need to give him a raise based on this alone . While the remainder of folks at this community have proven to be dishonest rude and unprofessional most especially Kenny the current community manager, Skylar is always understanding, honest, warm, and capable of communicating without being rude and insufferable.
