We had our first ever experience with Chasin Tails today and we are more than pleased!! I was so nervous dropping my baby off, but the staff at Chasin Tails was amazing from scheduling all the way to pickup!! Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the wonderful lady who actually did the grooming, but she is amazing and truly has a gift when it comes to fur babies!! I called Monday and they were able to get me in on Tuesday, which was such a blessing!! Lance was super helpful with scheduling and checking in and out. They were very informative and didn’t seem bothered by my millions of questions. I’m so thankful I stumbled across this place!! The environment is awesome. We will be forever customers. I interviewed 3 house movers / lifters for my cabin which flooded during Helene. I’m so glad I chose DeVooght House Lifters.
