We contracted with Southern Quality to replace our roof and are so glad we did. Could not have asked for better customer service and communications. From the initial quote through to the final cleanup and inspection, it all went very smoothly. And the roof looks great!
We contracted with Southern Quality to do a replacement of our roof and gutters, and are 100% satisfied. The job itself was done very well, and looks great. But what really impressed me with the company was the attention to customer service. Given the size of the job, I had quite a few questions and John (owner) took all the time I needed to go over them. He answered a lot via email, but I wanted to meet in person to go over some final questions that I had prior to signing the contract. He was happy to do so and addressed all my queries very professionally, answering them all to my satisfaction. I never felt rushed in my decision making. John also showed his years of experience with his initial inspection of our roof … of the 3 companies we got bids from, he spent the most time doing the inspection, and gave us the most information as to what his estimate of the current roof’s condition was. The company also worked very easily with our HOA’s requirements. And, as a tech person, I appreciated the option to electronically sign the contracts and pay via ACH. The company definitely stands behind their work, and is available after the job is done for any issues. I would definitely utilize Southern Quality again and recommend them 100%.
Roofing Review Southern Quality did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were prompt in getting in touch with us, as well as up front and honest about their prices. They kept in touch with us throughout the whole job and were attentive to our wishes when it came to our roof. Their crew were professional and courteous. They kept the job site (aka “my yard”) clean and orderly throughout the time they were there. The craftsmanship they used to make the repairs my roof needed was excellent and and all repairs were extremely well done. For the first time in over a year I can sleep easily during a rain storm knowing that my house will not be leaking! I highly recommend these craftsmen, they are of the highest quality!
