David from Roess came out this week and last to help with a heating problem. I am beyond thrilled with the service we received, especially with impending extremely cold weather. David came out to assess our AC unit close to 8pm, and offered alternative sources of heating until the problem could be fixed. He then came out ahead of schedule to repair the unit once he had the parts needed - in Thanksgiving week, no less. Great service, great conversation, and he went above and beyond to clear the unit to prevent further issues. I couldn't be happier, thank you David!
