Today was my first experience as a client of Riversong Veterinary Clinic and I was extremely impressed at their attention to detail and care for my very fearful foster, Hazel. Jasmine was so helpful, attentive, and flexible in putting together a plan to reduce Hazel's anxiety during our visit. I could tell that Dr. Ann and her staff had been trained on all the little things that make a big difference for fearful dogs. We have 4 cats and we have been taking them to Riversong for over a year now and we love this vet clinic. Great people and they don't push unnecessary treatments on pet owners which is very rare in our experience.
The staff of Riversong was very welcoming to our family and 3 rescues who we take everywhere with us . 2 are 13 years old and one is 8 and very skittish . The night before our appt , one of our older girls had an unexpected , scary event and could not walk without assistance , which Dr. Ann diagnosed at vestibular syndrome while reassuring me our girl could heal from it . She did acupuncture and explained everything well . We come from an integrative clinic in another state and are here part of the year . Brevard is SO lucky to have an integrative vet here .
