I chose BRHA for my pre-sale inspection, because they had installed the system for the former owners and were familiar with the system. I felt they were honest and fair. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and gave me honest opinions as to the expected lifespan of my various units. When one of the units later died, not unexpectedly due to its age, they were quick to come out, very helpful, worked with me on the price, and made a fast order and install of a replacement unit. They took me on a tour of my crawlspace to help me understand it better and we're genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. My techs were Derek, Ivan, and Caleb. I recommend each of them highly!
