We were going to a Winery and discovered Smoke In The Mountains Pottery, is off the beaten track. Great place and the potter “Bob” was a delight to visit with. He is an artist and teacher. Loved his pieces and as soon as we get home, I am ordering some personalized mugs. If you are ever in or near Brasstown, GA, take the time to stop by and say Hi.

The wife and I stopped by and bought a couple of mugs from Rob. He graciously showed us his studio and where it all happens. He is very passionate about his work and made us feel very welcomed. If you are in the area, stop by and give Rob a visit. We will definitely stop by again.

We just stopped by to look for a decorative plate for our fireplace mantle and found what fit our needs. The owner Rob was very helpful and even gave us a tour of his studio. Do yourself a favor and stop by, prices are hard to beat .
