Jadon Welbourn was very quick to respond to all communications. I am 100% satisfied with the results of our transaction. These guys are the real deal when it comes to customer service, a trait you don't see much any more.
I am very pleased with the way my shop turned out I had 3 guys come and build it. I bought them lunch and kept them hydrated they worked from 7am-6pm never stopped but for lunch they were very precise with there work and I appreciate that. They also cleaned up there mess and put it in a pile for me to haul off. I wish I could remember the guys names but they all 3 had nicknames that I wrote on the review sheet and they did the job on 8/28/24. Thanks so much and Chris Hutchison the best customer support from viking structures. I would add photos but it is dark outside. Just trust me they did a great job.
Seth Stanley was my contact at Viking Steel Structures. Seth was great to work with on getting everything selected for our building. He was always so professional & he is great at his job. He was patient and kind with me with all the changes I did, there were a lot. Seth helped me pick out the colors and the trim color that I would not have thought about that he suggested looked great! I know we will enjoy our building for many years! Seth was awesome to work with! He was always efficient and got whatever I needed done in a timely manner! Seth is a great asset to Viking Steel Structures. I hope this company appreciates and recognizes the work Seth does!!???
