Everyone was nice and the facility was easy to find and clean. Unfortunately, I've been fighting pain with spinal fusion surgeries, ablations, injections for both nerve roots and muscles, medications, etc. and the PA I met with told me straight out that although they would be able to do the procedures and injections they would not be able to take on the medications. Nor would they be able to formulate a plan to adjust my medications giving me the impression that my case was too complicated for them to want to focus on. I wasn't sure if I wanted to give them a 2 or 3. The front office staff is amazing. Nice. Respectful. But back office staff is the opposite. Two months in a row the Dr wrote the wrong Rx. (Capsule vs tablet). And they lost my paperwork. So I had to redo my new patient paperwork for the second time. Bottom line, front office gets 5 stars!!! Back office needs improvement.

Dr. Andy is an amazing chiropractor! I get nervous about chiropractic care, but after having a second baby, my back was in desperate need of pain relief. His demeanor put me at ease, but his care has been a lifesaver. I can't recommend him enough!
