I have been a Terminix customer for several years. Every representative that has come to my house has been professional and very friendly, taking time to explain and answer my questions. In addition, what they do at my house apparently works since I don’t ever see insects or rodents. Most importantly, with Terminix, I feel like a valued customer. They are a great company!

My family has a cabin in Banner Elk and from original inspection to quarterly service, I couldn’t be more impressed with Terminix’s service. Our Technician (Jeff) is knowledgeable, professional and always spends time listening and answering our questions and concerns. He knocks down all of the cobwebs and leaves everything clean as new.
