I have been a Terminix customer for several years. Every representative that has come to my house has been professional and very friendly, taking time to explain and answer my questions. In addition, what they do at my house apparently works since I don’t ever see insects or rodents. Most importantly, with Terminix, I feel like a valued customer. They are a great company!
My family has a cabin in Banner Elk and from original inspection to quarterly service, I couldn’t be more impressed with Terminix’s service. Our Technician (Jeff) is knowledgeable, professional and always spends time listening and answering our questions and concerns. He knocks down all of the cobwebs and leaves everything clean as new. If you’re looking for someone that doesn’t just spray, but checks the attic, the crawl space, removes old traps and debris, and simply works hard to ensure customer satisfaction, check out Terminix in Boone and ask for Jeff!
In the Boone, NC triad location your technician named Steven came for an inspection. The high quality level of knowledgeable professionalism that this technician showed me is what made me hire this company. I specifically asked for Steven to come provide the treatment himself. Thank you Steven, I really look forward to your professional application in two days time.
Also a note to Terminix Management:
In the brief interaction that I had with Steven I do believe you have an incredibly qualified and specialized individual that you should recognize and award. He is the reason that I am giving you my business.
Thank you
