Jamie and Kat provided the hair and makeup services for my wedding on 4/22/2023 at Overlook Barn in Banner Elk, NC. I highly recommend them both!I reached out to multiple hair and makeup vendors in the High Country. I chose Shear Shakti because they offered both hair and makeup services onsite, included a hair and makeup trial, and were the most affordable for the number of services needed (4). I get very nervous changing my hair and this was my first time coming here, but I couldn’t be happier! I wanted a shaggy mullet and Jamie did a great job. She used a razor to do it and explained everything perfectly to me as she was doing it. The salon itself is super cute as well!
