“I am so grateful to Dr. van Brederode and the Alta Ridge Foot team! I have always been an athlete and a runner, but in the last few years I started having major pain in my left leg and foot. I saw many doctors, but it was not until Dr. van Brederode examined me that I finally got a correct diagnosis. He determined that the nerve in my left foot was getting pinched and that I needed custom orthotics. I cannot express how life changing that has been for me!!! I have been able to resume running and I am not longer dealing with numbness in my left shin or foot pain thanks to Dr. van Brederode and the orthotics he made me.
