They helped me choose a private proposal location at the Biltmore (which is usually full of people). Since I was coming from out of town they went above and beyond even sharing video footage and pins of where to go. After our engagement shoot and before the surprise engagement party, they decided to print out of few previews for us to share with our friends and family at the party.
