“Placed our sweet Bella for the boarding while we stayed at Sugar Top and went skiing. Staff called with concern of our sweet baby not eating her dinner. Bella did end up eating all her dinner thanks to.all the staff. They took excellent care of here for three days. Also Bella had so much fun playing on the ridge and with all the other doggy friends.Great place to drop for the day or have an extended stay overnight while you enjoy Boone and surrounding areas. We will be back next time we are up.“

“So above and beyond any boarding services I’ve ever seen. I did not realize my dog had a UTI when I dropped her off - they noticed immediately. They notified me immediately, drove over 45 minutes to deal personally with my dog’s vet, got her diagnosed, obtained meds for her and gave her the meds while in their care. They stayed in touch with me the entire time. I could not ask for more and was blown away by their care for my baby. My dogs are always excited to go and stay there - no wonder, they are cared for like they are home. I never want them to go anywhere else.“
