The only Ford dealership within an hour of my home certified to service my Mach E is a nightmare. When you can get a service appointment, it is never a sure thing that your vehicle will be Serviced with professionalism. We dropped our car off for tire rotation and computer update, a 24 hour event. Eight days later, and no loaner available, our car was returned with very low tire pressure and a computer that cannot perform all its functions. Never again.

We needed to purchase a new vehicle and decided to give Modern Ford a try because we found a used vehicle advertised in the local newspaper that was in our price range. When we got to the dealership, we were told that the advertised vehicle was not for sale because it had mechanical problems. I believe that this is an illegal "bait and switch" practice. Don't trust these people. They have no integrity whatsoever.
