I purchased a 24kw whole house generator from Lowes. The unit was siezed up from the factory and Lowes would not accept the return due to their 48 hour rule. Jared is the local authorized Generac professional who swapped out the entire engine and repaired a faulty transfer switch in a very reasonable time period. Absolutely no hesitation on using Jared for any of my electrical or generator needs. Outstanding service.
