My main floor was flooded up to 5ft during Helene, and I had Greene come out to give an estimate on repairs. It was tough getting anyone to even answer the phone back then, and it was unclear to my wife and I want our options were going to look like. Greene was very communicative at first and we were grateful to even get someone out to the house.

Unfortunately, the team Greene sent to our home spent maybe 5 minutes on the main floor, then after a lot of sighing and shaking of heads told me it would be easier to just tear the entire home down and start over.
