They Are The Best With Our Dogs Would Recommend To Everyone!!!
Fetching Ridge has now taken care of multiple generations of my dogs and they are always conscientious and observant. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and they are appropriately staffed for a small-medium spa. The staff are good to remember things about your pets and my dogs are always excited to visit—and tired out when they come home (meaning, dogs don’t sit in a kennel half the day). They return voicemail or email messages quickly, usually the same day. The staff even spotted an early medical issue with my dog a couple of years ago while she was boarding as a senior pup. If you want a place where you’re in and out with no care and all the investment goes into the human’s waiting area, go elsewhere. If you want a hard-working small business trying to provide a cost-effective, pet-focused, and safe place for rural pets, this is a great place.
What a GREAT experience June 29, 2021! As I’m a VERY overprotective & practically paranoid dog mom, I was really worried about my 13 yr old Yorkie w/ some knee/hip issues, along with really long nails since we’ve been traveling for 8 weeks. So found the reviews for Fetching Ridge, then called & talked to Dezi for quite a while expressing my concerns. So made an appt w/ Ramsey for a full groom & she was also very patient & seemed to really like my little Baby (yes, that’s her name 🙄!). They’re professional & timely too. My dog was the LEAST anxious & stressed that I’ve ever seen when picking her up. THAT clenched it for me! We’ve already scheduled her next appt. so, if you’re wondering if this business is ok…it is! Give them a try.
