Constant issues with POS terminals, super slow customer service response time.

Bit of an old review (date back a few years), but realized I should probably put my piece out there to warn others. Software is generally solid (but there are other alternatives that are just as solid for most small-medium businesses, just gotta look a little deeper since these guys have better marketing than the competition), but not all that the sales reps chalk it up to be. Reps are largely unaware of actual software and/or hardware functionality and just sell you on a standard package (or something of that sort) regardless of needs. Had to call out our old rep (who's no longer with the company, but he was their "best guy" at the time when I complained... read full review
