Bit of an old review (date back a few years), but realized I should probably put my piece out there to warn others. Software is generally solid (but there are other alternatives that are just as solid for most small-medium businesses, just gotta look a little deeper since these guys have better marketing than the competition), but not all that the sales reps chalk it up to be. Reps are largely unaware of actual software and/or hardware functionality and just sell you on a standard package (or something of that sort) regardless of needs. These people are shady and unethical.......and LIARS! And the owner likes to throw weak threats around, he is extremely unprofessional, immature and has a fragile little ego. He just recently threatened to contact my current employer because he said I was harassing his company (lie), I only left this review which he is so sensitive about (shows his true character), if anyone was harassing it was him by threatening me on Linkedin.
