Jim was terrific! He arrived on time, quickly looked at the job and promptly got to work. He was finished within the hour, and gave me expert advice on how to maintain carpet cleanliness. Jim is great - very professional and my area rug and chairs look the best they've looked since we purchased them. We have six Labs and the oil from their coats was on the rug and chairs so getting a great cleaning such as this is going to prolong these items life.
