Wow!!! I wish that I could give 6 stars. Old-school professionalism and customer service. Jim cleaned 3 of my oriental rugs and did an AMAZING job. I will he using him again. Call Dove-you will not be disappointed!!!
I'm sharing this 5 star review and I didn't have my couch cleaned! My reason for sharing is that Jim was super at returning my phone calls and texts regarding a couch in a rental that needed cleaning. He typically doesn't go up the mountain once the winter begins, but he was willing to do so. When we supplied him pictures of the couch, Jim gave us his honest opinion that it might not be worth it to us due to the age of the couch and the cost of a replacement versus what he would charge us. I found that extremely refreshing. Jim even went out of his way to recommend the type of materials (olefin) to look for in the next couch we purchase. He even did a google search...read full review
Jim was a great service tech. His communication was excellent. Great customer service. We were pleased with the results and would highly recommend. Will definitely use again next time we need carpet cleaning.
