I have been a client for several years and have always paid my bill of approximately $800/year. I always have my information on QuickBooks which I provide to them through a flash drive. I also fill out the annual client paperwork that they send me which basically fills in all the blanks, so all they have to do is fill in the blanks in their software. I may reach out 2-3 times per year with a question via email or a quick phone call.Today I received a letter that said they are "making some changes and they can no longer provide service to me". Wow, thanks a lot.

Very good office staff. Always friendly and do a great job. Jason takes care of our personal and business finance taxes and always gives me a good outcome even though sometimes I have to pay LOL. We do not trust our taxes with anyone else.

While I have not personally worked with this firm for accounting purposes, I am writing a review to point out their involvement in our community. Combs, Tennant & Carpenter has been an active sponsor of Watauga County Parks & Recreation soccer for at least a few years now. This program would not be possible without the support of firms like this and we are grateful to have them in our community. Their support is no doubt a reflection on their business practices.
