I got another quote from a competitor which had two pages of disclaimers and nothing about how they guarantee their work. Needless to say, I went with Clean & Dry.Prior to the system, I had radon levels above 9. Within 24 hours, my radon levels were 0.6 (less than 1). Matt and his team did an excellent job with the full encapsulation we needed for our crawlspace. Even with upgrading to the 20mm barrier it came in under the competition. The system has a powerful fan which successfully mitigated our radon levels but gave off a noticeable hum outside and inside. Matt and his team came back out as soon as I mentioned this to him and they fixed it with a dampener and redirected the pipe ASAP, which eliminated the sound almost entirely. I’m definitely glad we decided on a local business which specializes in encapsulations. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for this service!

Jedidiah Smith was great. He called to let me know he was on the way and did an excellent job for our radon problem. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable.Despite the cold and rainy weather he installed the system and our radon count has gone from 34 to 4.o4.I highly recommend Matt at Clean and Dry and Jedidiah, their first rate technician for radon remediation.Great job!Steve Chabon
