Many reviewers state it is the best in the High Country, blowing others out of the water. They are described as kind, safe, professional, and respectful. A major highlight is their pet-friendly policy. They are very hands-on with maintenance requests, fixing problems as fast as they can, often within three days. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. The office staff and team are amazing, really nice, friendly, and flat-out awesome people. They are willing to work with tenants and help them out. The properties are in good shape. Reviewers are incredibly thankful and could not have asked for a better housing organization, recommending them highly for an apartment or house.
I have lived in Boone for 6 years at this point and have dealt with my fair share of housing organizations (Winkler, App Management, etc) and Cash Holdings blows all of them out of the water by far!! From the way they handle any issues In our unit to the way every single person who works for them is amazing!! Also pet friendly! I truly could not have asked for a better housing organization to rent from in the High Country for the past 3 years. Thank you all for being awesome! Would give 6 stars if I could!
Most kind, responsive, and safe property management company in Boone. If there is a problem, they will fix it as fast as they can. Been around the block with all the other landlords in the Boone area, you won't get better than Cash Holdings. And they let you have your fur babies without needing proof you're suffering from an incurable disease, true gems! Rachel, Randall, and Brock are just flat out awesome people. If they have property open, try to get your hands on it!
We’ve been with them for a year, we had some stuff come up and they were able to work around and help us out. We had some disputes with a neighbor end it always felt like they were professional and respectful, Thank you for everything they’ve done and the ladies in the office are really nice and friendly. Maintenance guy I’ve had a few discussions with his knowledgeable and friendly.
